Next comes quality control and quality assessment, a program designed to evaluate the entire construction process from conceptualization through the operation of the building's systems, not just during the bricks and mortar construction phase.

Then, we prepare subcontractor or vendor bid packages for optimal owner buying power. This phase also includes pre-bid conferences to ensure the client is satisfied with the direction and foundation of their project. We'll also coordinate and facilitate the project delivery partners.

That's why our process includes a pro-active subcontractor work plan, which aligns all parties and ensures that they understand the schedule and were they fit into it.
