This seven-acre retail development includes 8,900 square feet of gas station canopies—the largest gas station in Washington state and the largest Shell station in North America—a 12,000-square-foot grocery store and a 3,700-square-foot car wash. Rushforth Construction, an A&P subsidiary, successfully overcame several significant site challenges to complete this retail center in just six months and within budget.
