Building Information Modeling (BIM) was essential in coordinating this new facility’s building components and installations and in resolving more than 480 clashes before construction. In addition to classrooms, laboratories and administrative areas this new two-story complex provides a variety of facilities for career and technical training, including an auto repair shop, salon, TV studio and photography studio.
