The firm begins doing commercial construction and opens a new office in Richfield, Minnesota

Commercial jobs begin to outnumber residential; the company moves to a larger office in South Minneapolis

The partnership is incorporated and officers and directors are elected

The current corporate office is built in Minneapolis, Minnesota
